Our Story
Barbecue is a craft, not a shortcut
Iron Barrel Eats started with one belief: the difference between good barbecue and the kind people drive across town for is fire, time, and refusing to rush either one.
We cook on site over live fire because that is where the flavor comes from. Sides are made by hand. And because we're mobile, the barbecue meets people where they already are — the taproom down the street, the courtyard at their apartment community, the backyard on a Saturday.
If we wouldn't feed it to our own family, it doesn't leave the barrel. — That's smoked meat right there.
